Students' first engagement with PDP at Exeter is through the immersive experience of the Team Development Programme, run by the Education Enhancement Unit in conjunction with academic Schools. This outdoor activity introduces/reminds participants of the value of plan-do-review practices that underpin effective personal development. Continued and more personalised support for PDP is largely provided by the personal tutor system
