Summary

This working paper contains a summary of the progress reported, and issues raised, by participants attending four regionally-based workshops in implementing the policy recommended by the Review into Higher Education (the Dearing Inquiry) and agreed by the sector for implementing ‘Progress Files’ in Higher Education. It provides information:

1. on the current state of play in terms of implementation

2. which can be used in planning future activities and programmes to support sectoral implementation, and the evaluation of this

3. which can feed in to policy level discussions.
