Using collaborative e-portfolios to record reflective practice on placements
In their second and final years of study, social work students are required to submit two main pieces of work which are completed by the student and practice assessor throughout the duration of two practice placements. These are the Assessment of Practice Tool and Weekly Learning Record. These documents are used to gather evidence in order to ensure that students have satisfied the key competencies required by the National Occupational Standards for Social Work.
