Workplace benefits of vocational education and training
The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) has published a report which reviews the evidence on the economic and social benefits of vocational education and training (VET).
The report assesses the wider benefits of VET, from both the employer and the individual point of view. It explores how VET is translated into improvements in job quality and job satisfaction as well as the factors that constrain or facilitate this process in the workplace
