This tool is written for a team planning and running any venture associated with personal development planning (PDP). This PDP venture might be, for example, a policy, a strategy, an initiative, a project, an event, a programme, a course, a module, a resource, a piece of technology… The tool works for parts of a venture as well as for theventure as whole.
